SCOTUS Decision Shows that Highly-Compensated Employees Can Still Be Eligible for Overtime Pay

A recently decided case by the U.S. Supreme Court shows that even highly-compensated employees can be mislabeled as overtime-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
